Physical properties:
a) Out looking:HPMC is a white or light gray pellet or fibril power with odorless.
b) Solubility: hardly dissolves in waterless ethanol, aether or -acetone. Separate, expands, in hot water with temperature about 80℃ to 90℃. swiftly dissolves when cool down. The solution is very stable. Gelatin at high temperature. Good humectants with good dispersibility, adhesive, thickener, emulsification, water keep ability and film forming ability and oil resistance. The film formed possesses good toughness, flexibility and tran***rent. It can dissolve in some organic solvents or some water-organic components. Can be mixed with other emulsification agent due to non hydronium structure but easy salt out. Solution is stabilized at PH2-12.
c)Density:0.20-0.60g/cm3 with density about 1.3g/cm3
